Healthy eating is becoming a mainstream interest.

During the last century eating alone was a major concern even for people in the industrialised nations; now famines have disappeared, wealth is huge and another step is coming: healthy eating. Mass production of foods suppressed food scarcity but promoted dysnutrition through altered and refined food products, it's time to allocate the resources of research and processing in another massive food supply which will take in account the lessons of the present dysnutrition and its consequences on human health. But is it possible? Is industrial agrobusiness capable to cope with these aims?
