Sat fats: a paradigm change which is difficult to implement

The main issue is:

Sat fats are not bad BUT if you eat them with refined Carbs (for instance by spreading the fat on white bread) you will increase your small dense LDL and increase your risk of CVD. And it is the case for most of sat fats like butter, cheeses, lard, palm or coconut oil!

The secondary issue is:

Sat fats are not equal. Physiological effects of long medium and short chain Fatty Acids are not the same. BTW refined sat fats are less nutritious than unrefined ones. For instance unrefined Palm oil is very rich in vitamin A and E, contains phenols but refined PO doesn't!
